Privacy Policy

1.1 This Policy with respect to processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) is drawn up on the basis of and in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, as well as other laws and regulations of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and processing of personal data and applies to all personal data (hereinafter - the Data) which the Organization (hereinafter - the Operator, the Company) may receive from a personal data subject, including from a party to the civil law.

1.2 The Operator shall ensure protection of the processed personal data against unauthorized access and disclosure, unauthorized use or loss in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1.3 Amendment of the Policy

1.3.1 The operator has the right to amend this Policy without prior notice to the subjects of personal data. When changes are made, the title of the Policy specifies the date of the last update of the revision. A new version of this Policy shall take effect upon its posting on the website, unless otherwise stipulated by the new version of the Policy.

Personal Data (PD) - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the subject of personal data, hereinafter - the Subject).

Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), performed with or without the use of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.

Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology.

Information system of personal data (ISPD) - a set of personal data contained in databases of personal data and providing information technology and technical means for their processing.

Personal data made publicly available by the subject of personal data - PD, access to which by the subject of personal data or at his request.

Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except in cases where the treatment is necessary to clarify personal data).

Destruction of personal data - actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which the material media personal data is destroyed.

Operator - an organization, independently or jointly with others, organizing the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purpose of processing of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data. The operator is "Grand LIne", located at: 249032, Kaluga region, Obninsk, Kievskoe highway, 35.

3.1 Processing of Personal Data.

3.1.1 All PD must be obtained from the subject himself. If it is possible to get subject's Personal Data only from the third party, subject must be notified or his/her consent must be obtained.

3.1.2 This policy states:

• The purposes of personal data processing;
• General principles and provisions of personal data processing, the basic list of actions with personal data:
• Categories of personal data subjects;
• Categories of personal data;
• Basic provisions regarding the transfer of personal data;

3.1.3 Documents containing Personal Data are created by:

• Copying original documents (passport, residence registration certificate, education document, TIN certificate, pension certificate, charter, decision on establishment of a legal entity, memorandum of association, etc.);
• Entering information into accounting forms;
• Obtaining originals of necessary documents (work record book, medical report, characteristics, etc.).
